Clifford Lenzi began his construction career while attending college in the late 1960s and early 1970s. In 1990, he transitioned into the corporate sector, building high-end custom homes, including three major subdivisions. By 1995, he became Director of Construction at Buchanan Enterprises, overseeing major shopping centers. In 2000, he joined RAS Builders as a Senior Project Manager, managing large-scale commercial projects. He later moved to SD Deacon in 2004, advancing to Operations Manager and leading multi-million-dollar developments. In 2010, he completed his corporate tenure with ICE Builders’ Hospitality division.

That same year, Cliff revived Lenzi Construction, which has since grown into Lenzi Incorporated, operating multiple divisions. As the company’s leader, he oversees field operations, project management coordination, and ensures seamless communication between owners, design teams, building departments, and field staff.

A hands-on leader, Cliff empowers his team while maintaining operational excellence. His legacy continues with his sons, Teo Lenzi (Vice President) and Ian Lenzi (Operations Supervisor of Specialty Divisions), who play key roles in the company’s ongoing success.

Teo Lenzi began his construction career in 2007 as an apprentice carpenter, gaining hands-on experience before formally joining the family business in 2010 alongside his father, Clifford Lenzi. Over the years, he has honed his expertise, progressing from field operations to executive management, with a strong focus on solar energy and future growth strategies. Dedicated to keeping Lenzi Incorporated at the forefront of the industry, Teo continuously seeks innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive edge. The company remains committed to delivering high-quality work, client satisfaction, and cost-effective solutions—all on schedule and within budget.

In recent years, Teo has spearheaded the implementation of a sophisticated construction management and accounting system (Viewpoint), elevating Lenzi Incorporated’s operational capabilities. This fully integrated platform provides real-time project insights, enabling seamless scheduling, cost reporting, and cash flow analysis. It also enhances transparency, allowing clients and management teams to access up-to-date project data at the click of a button. With Teo’s leadership and forward-thinking approach, Lenzi Incorporated
continues to grow, adapt, and lead in construction and renewable energy solutions.

OVERSEES CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS

Ian Lenzi’s journey in the construction industry began at a young age, when he accompanied his father, Cliff Lenzi, to job sites and helped with tasks like sweeping and cleaning scrap lumber. After graduating from college, Ian worked as a carpenter for SD Deacon, spending 4.5 years building hotels and large commercial retail projects. In 2006, Ian transitioned to Crush Demolition, operating demolition equipment and tractors. In 2007, driven by a desire to serve his community, Ian applied to the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Department and was hired as a Deputy Sheriff in 2008. During his tenure, he served in several roles including Patrol Deputy, Defensive Tactics Instructor, Field Training Officer, and Detective with the Rural Crimes Task Force.

Ian was also a member of the SWAT team, as a sniper for several years. After retiring from the Sheriff’s Office, Ian returned to his true passion construction. In 2018, he rejoined Lenzi Incorporated as an Assistant Superintendent, quickly proving his leadership and ability to oversee large projects. He was promoted to Superintendent and later to General Superintendent. Today, Ian has helped the company build two Specialty Services Divisions within the Lenzi Incorporated Company. Lenzi Hauling, which handles dumpster rentals, debris hauling, material hauling, equipment hauling and demolition. As well as Lenzi Cleaning, which handles commercial and residential exterior cleaning service to include, solar panel cleaning, soft wash and pressure washing.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys hunting, spending time with his family, running ultra-marathons, camping, big game hunting and bird hunting with his Golden Retriever, Emma.

OVERSEES FIELD OPERATIONS and SPECIALTY SERVICES DIVSIONS

Patrick joined Lenzi Incorporated in 2012 as a solar installer on large-scale commercial projects. He quickly advanced, taking on a key role in managing logistics for one of the largest solar farms in Maryland. In 2015, Patrick transitioned from field operations to the office, first as a Project Administrator before earning a promotion to Office Manager.

In his current role, Patrick oversees all office operations, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll, ensuring the company’s financial processes run
smoothly. He works closely with the owners and Human Resources, playing a vital role in maintaining seamless operations at Lenzi Incorporated. A dedicated and loyal team member, Patrick has also trained his assistants to manage subcontractor payments and invoice tracking efficiently.

Beyond the office, Patrick continues to embody the Lenzi Incorporated spirit. In 2020, he purchased and renovated his childhood home, where he lives with his
Rottweiler, Gunner. He also proudly represents Lenzi Inc. in his free time as a member of the company-sponsored BBQ club, Rack to the Future, alongside fellow employees Christopher Greenmyer and Ryan Twitty.

With his leadership, dedication, and passion for excellence, Patrick remains an integral part of Lenzi Incorporated’s success.

OVERSEES ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Celia Fernandez joined the Lenzi Incorporated team in 2021, bringing a strong background in office administration, finance, and human resources from her long-term career in the healthcare industry. Seeking a position closer to home, she embraced a new challenge in construction and has quickly adapted to the industry’s terminology and protocols.

A fast learner with a proactive approach, Celia has proven to be an invaluable team member. Initially, she spent a year in the estimating department, gaining hands-on experience in the pre-construction process. As the company evolved, Celia transitioned back to administrative duties, now assisting with accounts payable and receivable, further solidifying her role as a key part of the Lenzi office team. Her adaptability, dedication, and eagerness to learn continue to make her a vital contributor to Lenzi Incorporated’s success.

OVERSEES OFFICE ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Jared Green began his career with Lenzi Incorporated in 2015, working in our Estimating Department. After exploring his entrepreneurial spirit in the restaurant
industry, he rejoined the Lenzi team in early 2024. In his current role as Project Engineer, Jared oversees several local and Bay Area projects, providing valuable support to our Project Managers. With his strong background in estimating, Jared has quickly proven to be an indispensable member of the team.

His expertise in problem-solving and business management allows him to efficiently address daily challenges across all projects. Jared’s continued dedication and contribution make him a central and highly valued member of the Lenzi team, and we look forward to his ongoing success with us.

Brian joined Lenzi Incorporated at the end of 2022 as a Project Manager, focusing primarily on one key location while also helping oversee several local and Bay Area projects. With a broad and diverse construction background, including experience as a journeyman glazier, construction superintendent, and senior project manager, Brian has quickly established himself as a reliable and well-rounded team player.

His extensive knowledge and problem-solving skills allow him to tackle daily project challenges with ease, ensuring smooth operations. Brian’s enthusiasm, initiative, and positive attitude have been cornerstones of the team’s success.

Chris Greenmyer began his construction career over a decade ago as an Administrative Assistant. managing client interactions while learning the industry from the ground up. As he gained experience both in the office and the field, he developed a strong interest in solar energy, eventually transitioning into Field Operations before earning his current role as Project Manager of Lenzi Incorporated's Solar Division.

Always looking to keep Lenzi Incorporated at the forefront of the industry. Chris brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative talent. Beyond project management, he has played a key role in digital media and design, creating advertisements, billboards, flyers, apparel, radio commercials, logos, and the company website-making him an invaluable asset to the Lenzi team.

Chris has also obtained his Drone Pilot License, allowing him to capture aerial photography and videography of construction and solar projects from start to finish, enhancing project documentation and marketing efforts. His innovative mindset and diverse skill set continue to drive Lenzi Incorporated's growth and success.
